名詞作狀語的用法歸納
1. 表示時(shí)間的名詞前面有one, some, the, this, that, last, next, every, all 等詞修飾時(shí)。
Many common injuries happen every day in the home.
每天家里會(huì)發(fā)生一些常見的外傷事故。
Which subject is he going to study this term?
這學(xué)期他將學(xué)什么課程？
2. 表示時(shí)間的名詞修飾其后的 ago, since, before, after, week, month等詞時(shí)。
I saw him two weeks ago.

3. 名詞或名詞詞組前的during或 for省略之后，名詞就直接作了狀語。
Could you wait (for) a few days for the money?

4. 表示數(shù)量的名詞，放在long, broad, wide, high, tall, deep, strong, thick, old等形容詞之前，作狀語。

5. 表示次數(shù)、距離、方向、 程度、價(jià)值、狀態(tài)的名詞作狀語。
Take this medicine three times a day.

6. 比較級(jí)前的名詞也是直接作狀語。
I got up an hour earlier than usual.

形容詞作狀語
形容詞作狀語，形容詞或形容詞短語作狀語，通常說明主語行為的原因、方式、伴隨狀況。
1.原因 Cusious, she looked around for other guests.
2. 時(shí)間 Alone, she would cry.
3. 方式 Ripe, the oranges taste sweet./ Breathless, she ran into the gate.
形容詞作狀語，通常說明主語的情況。
Brave and strong, the activists talked to workers outside the factory.
但有時(shí)也可能是說明賓語的情況。
He pushed the door open.

分詞作狀語
1. 和主語之間的關(guān)系 Taking a deep breath, he dived into the water.
2. 否定形式 Not promoted, Yang Chenggang decided to sigh for another company.
3. 時(shí)態(tài) Having lost her job, she had to look for another one.
復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)作狀語(absolute construction –獨(dú)立結(jié)構(gòu)& with)

1. as 引導(dǎo)時(shí)間狀語從句， 持續(xù)性動(dòng)作，強(qiáng)調(diào)主句和從句的動(dòng)作同時(shí)發(fā)生。
He was looking behind as he went. (兩個(gè)短動(dòng)作同時(shí)發(fā)生。)
As/When/While he was walking down the street, I noticed a strange car ahead.(一長一短)

2. as 引導(dǎo)原因狀語從句， 常放在句首。
