用卡片或者黑板上的數(shù)字復習；one hundred，one thousand， one million， one billion，ten thousand， a hundred thousand， a hundred million， ten billion；介紹給學生。讓學生做大量數(shù)子的讀和諧的練習。說明漢語和英語中100，000和10，000的區(qū)別。在英語中這兩個數(shù)字是根據(jù)逗號的位置來區(qū)分的，例如：1--，000英語中讀one hundred thousand。在黑板上寫下下列數(shù)字，可以幫助學生學習大的數(shù)字。

步驟2、介紹新語言項目
在上課前，你需要收集一些不同的車輛圖片，盡量收集小型經(jīng)濟的豪華車圖片。給每一張圖片編號，并把圖片掛在教室里，說You have been given some money to buy a car, Go around the room ,and look at all the cars.. Which car would you like to buy? Why? How much do you think that car would cost?然后讓學生在教室里走動，并寫下他們要買的東西，在分組討論原因。
步驟3 朗讀、表演
讓學生瀏覽對話，掌握大意。核對答案，并放錄音。同時學生聽并跟著重復，讓學生猜測生詞和詞組的意思：more and more, prefer to… rather than, used, beg one’s pardon, worth, second hand.。對練習冊上的練習進行全班討論。
步驟4、練習
1、 造句，用表格中所給的內(nèi)容盡可能多地造句，
