    一、教材分析:本模塊的Unit 2 是《英語》(新標準)系列教材中MODULE 8的第二個單元,根據新標準的要求, 第二單元是以培養學生的讀寫能力為主,包括詞匯,語法的學習活動。通過unit 1中談論“Tony的生日過程”的聽說活動,過渡到本單元“如何為他人選擇禮物”的讀寫活動,通過逐步遞進,由易到難的教學以及活動,培養學生基礎語言能力,閱讀能力和語言聽說能力的訓練 , 最終實現聽說讀寫的綜合學習, 實現本模塊的任務教學。

    二、Teaching aims

    1. To understand the passage “Choosing birthday presents”;

    2. To learn to use some adverbs of frequency: always, often, usually, sometimes, never

    3.To get information from the reading material about choosing birthday presents.

    4. To write a present card.

    三、Teaching Objectives

    四、Emotional aims:

    Step 1:Lead-in

    Enjoy a song “happy birthday to you”.

    1. Ask the students if tomorrow is your birthday, what presents do you like ?And why? Talk something about it.
