1. Have you got ...? "你有......嗎?"
習(xí)慣上將have got用做have的口語化形式，意思是"擁有"。而美國(guó)人常用Do you have ...? 句型來表示同樣的意思。
①-Have you got /Do you have a new bike?你有一輛新自行車嗎?
-Yes, I have. / Yes, I do. 是的，我有。
2. make+n./pron.+adj."使某人/某物怎么樣"，形容詞在此作賓補(bǔ)。
We should make our world more beautiful.我們應(yīng)該使我們的世界更美麗。
3. What's ... like? "......怎么樣?"
What's the weather like today?今天天氣怎么樣?
4. show sb. how to do sth. "示范給某人如何做某事"
I'll show you how to search the Internet.我會(huì)示范給你如何搜索因特網(wǎng)。
5. find ... doing ... "發(fā)現(xiàn)......在做某事"
I found the cat running after a ball.我發(fā)現(xiàn)那只貓?jiān)谧非颉?/p>
6. It's such great fun."(沖浪)如此有趣。"
such修飾名詞時(shí)，其中名詞可以是單數(shù)、復(fù)數(shù)及不可數(shù)形式，與so用法不同。試比較：
He is such a tall man. /He is so tall a man.他是個(gè)如此高的男子。
7. Isn't he with you today? "他今天沒和你在一起嗎?"
本句是否定疑問句，用于反問，表示驚奇、遺憾、憤怒等。
Don't you like ice cream?你不喜歡吃冰淇淋嗎?
8.not only ... but also ... "不但......而且......"連接兩個(gè)并列成份。
連接兩個(gè)主語時(shí)謂語動(dòng)詞要和but also后面的主語的人稱和數(shù)保持一致。其中also可以省略。
Not only he but（also） his friends are very kind to me.不僅僅他，就連他的朋友們對(duì)我也很好。
Her name is known not only in Japan, but (also) in China.她不僅在日本出名，而且在中國(guó)也出名。
9. It's one's duty to ... "干......是某人的責(zé)任。"
It's your duty to work hard.努力工作是你的職責(zé)。
10. the+比較級(jí), the+比較級(jí) 表示"越......，越......"
The more you eat, the fatter you will be.你吃得越多就會(huì)越胖。
11. need to do sth. "需要做某事"
We need to take more exercise.我們需要多進(jìn)行鍛煉。
12. That's very kind of you."你真是太好了。"
That very kind/nice of him to tell me the good news.他真是太好了，告訴我這個(gè)好消息。
13. teach sb. how to do sth. "教某人如何做某事"
Mother taught me how to make a dress.媽媽教我怎樣做衣服。
14. A is in/on/to+ the+方位詞+ of+ B. 表示地點(diǎn)A與地點(diǎn)B的位置關(guān)系。
介詞in表示A在B范圍內(nèi)；on表示兩地相鄰相接；to表示兩地相隔。
Heilongjiang is in the northeast of China.黑龍江在中國(guó)的東北部。
Shandong is on the north of Anhui.山東在安徽的北面。
Japan is to the east of China.日本在中國(guó)的東面。
15. sth. costs sb.+金錢等，表示"某物花費(fèi)某人......"
The car will cost you 5，000 dollars.這部汽車要花費(fèi)你5，000美元。
16. whether ... or not"無論, 不管"，相當(dāng)于no matter if。
Whether it's fine or not, I'll go to Shanghai tomorrow.無論天氣好壞，明天我都要去上海。
17. allow sb. to do sth. "允許某人做某事"
His father allows him to watch TV for half an hour every day.他父親允許他每天看半小時(shí)電視。
18. decide to do sth."決定做某事",相當(dāng)于make up one's mind to do sth.。
In the end she decided to buy the red hat.最后她決定買那頂紅色的帽子。
19. It is said ..."據(jù)說......"
It is said that he is a miser.據(jù)說他是個(gè)小氣鬼。
