（二）限制性定語(yǔ)從句和非限制性定語(yǔ)從句
區(qū)別：（1）限制性定語(yǔ)從句與其先行詞關(guān)系密切，如果去掉該從句，剩余部分的意思不完整甚至失去意義；非限制性定語(yǔ)從句只是其先行詞的附加說(shuō)明，如去掉，句子剩余部分意思仍然完整。
（2）限制性定語(yǔ)從句與其先行詞之間不用逗號(hào)隔開，非限制性定語(yǔ)從句與其先行詞之間一般用逗號(hào)隔開。
（3）限制性定語(yǔ)從句的先行詞一般為單個(gè)的名詞或代詞；非限制性定語(yǔ)從句的先行詞既可以是單個(gè)的名詞或代詞，也可以是整個(gè)句子或其中一部分。
1. A man who does not try to learn from others can’t achieve much.
2. There’re many plays (that) I’d like to see.
3. This note was left by Xiao Wu, who was here a moment ago.
4. Tom didn’t finish homework yesterday, which made his mom crazy.
注意：非限制性定語(yǔ)從句不能用that來(lái)引導(dǎo)。
The team is headed by a 44-year-old Mongolian, whose wife is a Tibetan.
昨天，布朗先生參觀了杭州，它因?yàn)槲骱劽?/p>
Yesterday Mr. Brown paid a visit to Hangzhou, which is famous for its West Lake.
他們邀請(qǐng)我訪問(wèn)他們國(guó)家，真是太謝謝他們了。
They have invited me to visit their country, which is very kind of them.
（三）由as引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句
as可作為關(guān)系代詞和關(guān)系副詞來(lái)引導(dǎo)定語(yǔ)從句。
1. such … as… “像…一樣的”，“像…之類” the same…as…“和……同樣的”
Such people as you say are short now.
This is the same thing as we are in need of.
先行詞被the same 修飾時(shí)，關(guān)系代詞既可用that, 也可用as，但意義不同，前者表示“同一的”，后者表示“同樣的”。
2. 引導(dǎo)非限制性定語(yǔ)從句，指代整個(gè)文句的內(nèi)容。表“正如……”。

（四）反意疑問(wèn)句
一般用于口語(yǔ)英語(yǔ)之中，以較禮貌的形式來(lái)展開一次對(duì)話，提出一個(gè)要求，請(qǐng)求對(duì)方的同意或肯定一種說(shuō)法。
1. 前肯定后否定，前否定后肯定
2. 前后兩部分在時(shí)態(tài)、人稱、和數(shù)上要保持一致。
注意：
1. 當(dāng)前句中有few, little, hardly, never, seldom等否定含義的詞時(shí)，附加問(wèn)句要用肯定形式。
2. 當(dāng)前句為祈使句時(shí)，反意疑問(wèn)句常用 “will you”
3. Don’t forget to phone me, will you?
4. 前句部分為主是Let’s用來(lái)表示提出建議，反意疑問(wèn)句用shall we? 若用來(lái)表允許，反意疑問(wèn)句常用will you?
5. 前句謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞是there be, 反意疑問(wèn)句仍用there be形式。
6. 在英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)中，陳述部分若以I am開頭，反意疑問(wèn)句用aren’t I 或am I not。
