如何書寫一篇完美的英文推薦信?
一封推薦信應(yīng)該提供如下信息：
who you are, your connection with the person you are recommending, why they are qualified and the specific skills they have。此外，還應(yīng)該包括聯(lián)系方式，以便用人單位可以了解、確認(rèn)情況。
下面是一個美國留學(xué)申請推薦信模版，它可以幫助你寫好一封英文推薦信，使你更順利地前往美國留學(xué)生活。
salutation
如果你的推薦信是要給某一個人的，你應(yīng)該加上稱呼，例如dear dr. smith, dear mr. jones，等等。如果你的推薦信非常general，你在稱呼的地方寫to whom it may concern 或者不寫稱呼也可以。
paragraph 1
推薦信的第一段應(yīng)該說明你和被推薦人的關(guān)系，包括你是怎么認(rèn)識他/她的，還有你寫這封推薦信的資格。
paragraph 2
英文推薦信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式：推薦信的第二段應(yīng)該包括被推薦人的個人信息，說明他/她的資格、能力，還有你為什么要為他/她寫推薦信。如果必要的.話，可以分幾段來描述細(xì)節(jié)。
paragraph 3
如果是推薦被推薦人應(yīng)聘某個職位，推薦信應(yīng)該描述這個人的能力能適合他/她所要求的職位。可以參考招聘廣告上對職位的要求和被推薦人的簡歷一起來寫。
summary
主要內(nèi)容敘述清楚后，還應(yīng)該加一個簡短的總結(jié)。總結(jié)部分應(yīng)該再簡述一下你為什么要推薦這個人。可以寫上i highly recommend the person，i recommend the person without reservation 或者其他類似的話。
conclusion
英文推薦信的結(jié)尾部分應(yīng)該寫上你愿意提供更多的詳細(xì)信息，要注明你的電話號碼，聯(lián)系方式和email address。
最后，還要寫上下面這一段：
