　　中南林業(yè)科技大學(xué)班戈學(xué)院(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“班戈學(xué)院”)是經(jīng)中國教育部批準(zhǔn)(教外辦學(xué)函[2013]70號(hào))由中南林業(yè)科技大學(xué)和英國班戈大學(xué)合作建立的湖南省首家中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)，位于中國長(zhǎng)沙。班戈學(xué)院將全面施行英國高質(zhì)量教育理念、課程體系、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，等等;目前開設(shè)有林學(xué)、金融學(xué)、會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、電子工程4個(gè)本科專業(yè)。班戈學(xué)院的學(xué)生無論是全程在中國境內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)還是赴英學(xué)習(xí)一至兩年，畢業(yè)時(shí)均可獲得班戈大學(xué)和中南林業(yè)科技大學(xué)的學(xué)士學(xué)位證書，也可赴英攻讀班戈大學(xué)碩士或者博士學(xué)位。

　　出于學(xué)院快速發(fā)展的需要，現(xiàn)面向全球招聘如下職位：

　　一、質(zhì)量控制兼高級(jí)管理人員(Quality Assurance and Administrative Officer)

　　1、應(yīng)聘要求：

　　(1)第一學(xué)位最好是在英國或其他西歐國家高等院校獲得的;

　　(2)精通英語和漢語(特別是說和寫);

　　(3)具備良好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力，熟練掌握計(jì)算機(jī)操作技能;

　　(4)具有高校管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

　　(5)具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

　　· A good first degree (or equivalent experience) preferably from a UK or other Western university;

　　· Good command of English (speaking and writing;

　　· Knowledge of the structure and operation of degree programmes;

　　· Excellent organisation, communication, IT and inter-personal skills;

　　· Ability to work accurately to deadlines and under pressure;

　　· A demonstrable ability to ensure that actions are followed up and tasks completed;

　　· An excellent team player;

　　· A willingness to work flexibly as required.

　　2、薪酬待遇：

　　二、電子工程類助教(Assistant Lecturer of Electronic Engineering)：

　　1、應(yīng)聘要求：

　　(1)第一學(xué)位是電子類或電子工程或其它相關(guān)的自然科學(xué);

　　(2)熟悉歐美高校學(xué)位課程體系及運(yùn)做系統(tǒng);

　　(3)具備電子工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)的高校教學(xué)或助教經(jīng)驗(yàn);

　　(4)具備良好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力;

　　(5)具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;

　　(6)精通英語和漢語(特別是說和寫)

　　· A good first degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or Physical Sciences or other relevant subject area;

　　· Knowledge of the structure and operation of degree programmes in British/Western universities;

　　· Experience of supporting undergraduate teaching in Electronic Engineering or similar subjects;

　　· Excellent organisation, communication and inter-personal skills;

　　· Ability to work accurately to deadlines and under pressure;

　　· An excellent team player;

　　· A willingness to work flexibly as required.

　　· Good command of English and Chinese (speaking and writing).

　　2、薪酬待遇：

　　三、金融會(huì)計(jì)類助教(Assistant Lecturer of Accounting / Banking and Finance)

　　1、應(yīng)聘要求：

　　(1)第一學(xué)位是金融學(xué)、會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、銀行學(xué)或其它相關(guān)專業(yè);

　　(2)熟悉歐美高校學(xué)位課程體系及運(yùn)作系統(tǒng);

　　(3)具備金融學(xué)或會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的高校教學(xué)或助教經(jīng)驗(yàn);

　　(4)具備良好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力;

　　(5)具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;

　　(6)精通英語和漢語(特別是說和寫)

　　· A good first degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, accounting, banking or other relevant subject area;

　　· Knowledge of the structure and operation of degree programmes in British/Western universities;

　　· Experience of supporting undergraduate teaching in Accounting/Banking and Finance or similar subjects;

　　· Ability to work accurately to deadlines and under pressure;
