Step 6 Presentation 1. Tell the Ss First aid is necessary and useful. But the most important is to avoid the accidents effectively.

1.通過(guò)教師展示圖片和學(xué)生的自由討論使學(xué)生了解有效防范家庭中常見(jiàn)事故發(fā)生的措施.為后面的討論起到引路的作用。
2.讓學(xué)生就家庭內(nèi)注意人身安全這一話題提出肯定或者否定的建議，使學(xué)生能夠熟練使用should， ought to， must，have to以及它們的否定形式。

（1st period）
這是一堂聽(tīng)說(shuō)課. 高中英語(yǔ)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明確指出:高中英語(yǔ)課程要特別著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)獲取信息、處理信息和傳達(dá)信息的能力、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力以及用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行思維和表達(dá)的能力。聽(tīng)說(shuō)是學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的一項(xiàng)重要的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。
本單元以First aid為話題，使學(xué)生了解相關(guān)急救知識(shí)，學(xué)會(huì)遇到不同的意外事件能采取相應(yīng)的急救措施。本節(jié)課作為本單元的第一堂課，主要是為后面的閱讀和寫(xiě)作作鋪墊。因此我充分挖掘和整合教材，將本堂課設(shè)計(jì)成三大環(huán)節(jié)：
1、了解生活中常見(jiàn)意外事故的種類(lèi)；
2、面對(duì)意外事故如何進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單有效的急救；
3、 關(guān)鍵是在日常生活中要盡力避免意外事故的發(fā)生。
a) 新穎的導(dǎo)入，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)愿望和興趣
采用教師裝扮成受傷者讓學(xué)生猜測(cè)可能發(fā)生在教師身上的事故，直奔主題。且不同的猜測(cè)又為后面學(xué)習(xí)常見(jiàn)事故種類(lèi)作了鋪墊。當(dāng)學(xué)生明白老師并非真正受傷而只是joking時(shí)既消除了課堂的緊張氣氛，又激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
b) 采用“任務(wù)型”的教學(xué)途徑，發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用，培養(yǎng)其綜合運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的能力。
根據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)的每一步（聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、討論和pair work group work ）均以完成不同的任務(wù)而展開(kāi)，且層層深入。注意發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用，采用多種課堂交際方式，設(shè)計(jì)了內(nèi)容豐富、形式多樣、有趣又有實(shí)效性的課堂活動(dòng)與任務(wù)。
c) 注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的情感因素，有效滲透德育教育。在整個(gè)教學(xué)過(guò)程中注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的情感因素，這也是課程所要求的。
1 如：在How to give first aid ?環(huán)節(jié)中，當(dāng)他人遇到意外事故時(shí)，do something to help them, 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的愛(ài)心與責(zé)任感。
2 在第三大環(huán)節(jié)中，如何避免意外的發(fā)生，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生樹(shù)立安全意識(shí)和防范意識(shí)。
d) 有效發(fā)揮多媒體的作用，提高課堂教學(xué)效益。
注：本教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)是于2005年11月23---25日參加北師大附校系統(tǒng)青年教師優(yōu)質(zhì)課巡講展示活動(dòng)時(shí)所設(shè)計(jì)的一堂高二英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)課，分別在北京140中學(xué)、北京大興榆垡中學(xué)和河北唐山市第23中學(xué)作了展示，但由于這三所學(xué)校的學(xué)生層次均不同，因此授課時(shí)根據(jù)對(duì)象不同做了部分細(xì)節(jié)改動(dòng)。
