　　Everybody knows that our life is very short, so the great educators always advocate us to do what we like and pursue for our goals bravely. Most people have many ideas in their minds and they dare not to take action, because thinking of the effort they make but what if they accomplish nothing, so they decide to give up and just live the boring life. It reminds me of the famous words, some people just die at age of 20 but only to be buried at the age of 70. As we are young and full of energy, it is a good time for us to fight for our future, never be afraid of failure, because it is the mother of success. We can achieve our goals if we have patience, just to cherish time and keep fighting.

In the TV, the news reported the disasters that drugs would bring, but still there were so many young people had been seduced to take drugs. During recent years, some famous stars were caught by the policemen. They took drugs and brought the negative information to the public. As a result, their career was ended and they couldn't appear in the screen. The young people is the future of a country, but they are easy to be seduced by criminal behaviors. They want to try something new and go against the law. It is unwise to try drug, because it is hard to recover. Without strong will, life will be ruined. We should stay away from drugs.

　　here's what will happen. the oak standing on a hillside is exposed to every storm and gale. as a result its roots plunge deep into the earth and spread in every direction, even wrapping themselves around giant boulders. at times it may seem the tree isn't growing fast enough—but the growth is happening underground. it's as if the roots know they must ported the tree from the threatening elements.

For example, the news reported a young man who saved a boy, after he sent the boy to the hospital, he left quietly. The public was so eager to find the hero and showed their great respect. Loving project is a good way to help people who is in trouble, it is launched by the poor families and the information is needed to be certificated. Many lives have been saved.

　　We are happy to see love is around. It is the power to make us live long and help become a strong person. We need to pass the positive information and see the beauty of the world.

　　上午好！我是今年新進(jìn)教師，柴xx，來自高一化學(xué)組。非常榮幸，在開學(xué)典禮的今天，作為新教師代表在這里發(fā)言。

　　首先，請允許我代表新老師向給我們提供實現(xiàn)人生抱負(fù)機(jī)會的校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示衷心的感謝。

　　能夠成為一名教師，我們是幸福的；能夠成為二中的教師，我們更是深感自豪。從我們踏上三尺講臺的那一刻起，我們就肩負(fù)了教書育人的圣神職責(zé)。我們深感責(zé)任重大，我們必須努力進(jìn)取。在此，請允許我代表全體新教師鄭重承諾，在今后的工作中努力做到以下四點：

　　一、做一名合格的教師

　　我們將以老教師為榜樣，虛心請教、刻苦專研、努力探索本學(xué)科的教學(xué)方法，做到因材施教，爭取在最短的時間內(nèi)讓自己的`教學(xué)步入正軌。

　　二、做一名品德高尚的教師

　　古人云：“學(xué)高為師，身正為范”。一名優(yōu)秀的教師不僅要有廣博的知識，更要有高尚的道德情懷。我們要以自己的人格去塑造學(xué)生的人格，用自己的道德情感去喚醒學(xué)生的道德情感�！把詡鞑蝗缟斫獭蔽覀儗€懹浻谛�。

　　三、做一名有責(zé)任感的教師

　　“師者，所以傳道授業(yè)解惑也”。我們需要有高度的責(zé)任感，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)務(wù)實的工作作風(fēng)，精心備課、細(xì)心講解、耐心答疑，以平等的心態(tài)、欣賞的目光、發(fā)展的眼光去對待每一位學(xué)生，成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)上、生活中的好朋友。

　　四、做一名真正的鳳岡二中人

　　鳳岡二中的發(fā)展需要我們一代又一代人堅持不懈的努力。我們將繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)二中的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，在校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的帶領(lǐng)下，努力奮斗，對學(xué)校的發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。在這個舞臺上實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值。

　　作為一名老師我想對同學(xué)們說：沒有永遠(yuǎn)的最后，只有暫時的落后，每天進(jìn)步一點點，堅持，就會成功。無論昨天的你怎樣都已經(jīng)過去。

　　新學(xué)期，新起點，新的希望，新的征程。我相信經(jīng)歷過磨練的我們會更加的成熟與自信！就讓我們期待明天更為豐碩的成果吧！在更為激勵的競爭中乘風(fēng)破浪，盡展二中風(fēng)采。在我們?nèi)w師生的努力下二中的明天會更加輝煌！
