    英語電子郵件范文(精選10篇)

      英語電子郵件 1

    Dear Mr. President,

As a regular student at our college,I have some complaint to make about the canteen service on campus. Firstly, the canteen environment is very bad. Actually,it is becoming more and more crowded and noisy with an ever larger presence of vocational students every term. Secondly, the canteen workers are bad-mannered. Far from being warm and kind-hearted,they always seem to be cold and rude to us students. Thirdly and most importantly, the dishes at our canteen are too expensive, though they are by no means good quality or delicious. The survey the Student Union carried out last week reveals that on average a student will spend 10 to 12 yuan on meals every day. This is for more than the food expenses of students in the neighborhood colleges. Nutritious and delicious meals well within the students means are very important for young students. I really wish measures could be taken to improve our canteen service.

    Dear Sir,

I am writing to you for the mobile phone of Dephone-S250 I bought on 20th Apr.20xx at Tele Mall in Wuhan, P.R.China.Ten days after that, it didnt ring and send short messages. Then I took it to the seller, but was told that the model had been sold out and I had to wait at least three months for a new one. Later I went to the repairman. He said since it was a new model in China, it was impossible to fix it without the right spare parts. I was so desperate on hearing that. How can I wait that long? Therefore, I require that you send me a new one of the same model within a month.

      Thank you for your consideration.

      Sincerely yours,

    Dear Sirs:

Thank you for your letter of 20 January 20xx. We are disappointed to hear that our price for Flame cigarette lighters is too high for you to work on. You mention that Japanese goods are being offered to you at a price approximately 10% lower than that quoted by us.

We accept what you say, but we are of the opinion that the quality of the other makes does not measure up to that of our products.

Although we are keen to do business with you, we regret that we cannot accept your counter offer or even meet you half way.

The best we can do is to reduce our previous quotation by 2%. We trust that this will meet with your approval. We look forward to hearing from you.

      Yours faithfully,

      Tony Smith Chief Seller

    Dear Mr. Sun:

We thank you for your letter of the 23rd August requesting addresses of possible agents for your products.

On the attached list we have given names and addresses of three firms who in our opinion would be able to provide you with the required services, and would be interested in your proposition.

      Very truly yours.

    Dear Tom,

Thanks for your letter which finally caught up with me in London. I suppose youre keen to hear how the trip has been so far. So heres a short description of whats happened.

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then we visited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Finally, we took a one-day trip to Oxford, which is really the most marvelous town. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.

After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didnt like the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though, we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

Hope everyone is well. See you soon.

      Yours,

      Liu Jie

    Dear Sir,

I saw your advertisement for "the perfect lighter" in Sunday Times last week and immediately sent off a £2 postal order and the completed form for the lighter.

Imagine my surprise when all I got in return was a box of matches! I could understand a mistake. I might even pardon a joke. But in this case, your advertisement is a deliberate lie since a friend of mine who also sent the coupon got the same result.

I think its a shame to promise an economical lighter when in fact you are not selling a lighter a1 all. Instead of saying it works quickly, you should admit that you are offering matches. And what about "only" £2: I usually pay 10 pennies for a box of matches, and they are often given away free.

I regard your advertisement as a serious deception and demand that you send me my money back immediately. Otherwise I will take active steps to make sure the Consumers Association hear about it.

      Yours faithfully,

      Peter Li

    Dear Mr. Williams,

Thank you for your letter of congratulation on my exam results. I was very pleased to hear from you. The results were a great relief. I did much better than I thought I would.

We are having a celebration party on Saturday 22 May and we shall be pleased if you can come. It is a party for me, but my parents and some of their old friends are joining in, so you will find "real people" as well as teenagers to talk to.

The party starts at half past six- drinks, and a buffet supper later. You said in your letter that youve given up driving, so my father will meet you with the car at San Mateo station. Please let me know what time your train arrives.

There is a good train back to San Palo at 10:30 and well arrange transport for you to catch that. I hope that wont be too late for you. It would be a pity if you had to leave while the party was still in full swing.

I do hope that you will be able to come.

      Yours sincerely,

      Lily Chen

    Dear David,

I’m glad you’ll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. It’s difficult for you because it’s quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. It’s also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practice your listening. Do your best to talk with people in Chinese. You can learn Chinese not only from books but also from people around you. If you have any questions, please ask me. I’m sure you’ll learn Chinese well.

Hope to see you soon in Beijing

      Yours,

      Wang Ming

    Dear David,

What is the difference between regular mails and e-mails?As we know, regular mails have been usded for thousands of years,it is very inconvenience, for it took a long time to receive. Besides, it costs you some money. While e-mails is very convenience, it take you only a few seconds to arrive the receiver and it is free to send .so more and more use e-mails rather than regular mails. Some people think that it will be replace the regular mails. In my opinion, the email will be more and more popular in the future, but it can not replace the regular mails because it can not send everything though it is very convenience to send letters. But,except letters,we sometimes want to sent other somes to our friends which e-mails is impossible to send. So we can draw an conclution that emails can not replace regular mails.People will use email to sent letter and use the regular to send other things.

      Yours,
