　　Can you imagine the world full of crying and shouting, under the control of power,covered with darkness? However, it’s not just a joke I make, It is the veritable describe of a world without happiness and laugh. So, just be happy, spread sunshine all over the world. 你能想象整個(gè)世界都充滿著哭喊，被權(quán)力控制，充滿著黑暗？但是，這并不是我要開的玩笑，是一個(gè)名副其實(shí)的沒有快樂和歡笑的世界。所以，做一個(gè)快樂的人，把陽光撒向全世界。

　　If pare our life to a pie, our all emotions to all sorts of stuffing, what do you want to make the most part of the pie if you control the process of making the pie of life? Obviously, the majority of people will add happiness to the pie as many as possible. Do you know why? It’s just because happiness stands for sweet in most people’s mind, including me.

　　如果把我們的生活比作一個(gè)派，我們所有的情緒就是各種餡，如果你可以掌控生活餡餅的制作過程，你想把這個(gè)餅弄成什么樣呢？顯然，大多數(shù)人都會(huì)盡可能地多加快樂進(jìn)陷里面。你知道為什么嗎？這只是因?yàn)樵诖蠖鄶?shù)人的心目中，包括我，幸福代表著甜蜜。

　　Don’t consider it just as a parison. It is the reflection of what you want. Happiness is a flower living in the sunshine and it is not difficult to reach for it. We have a variety of emotions like blues, anger, fear, enthusiasm, happiness and all of them would naturally appear when something affects our feelings. So, if we can change our attitudes towards things in the world, we can surely adjust our emotion in a good state. It means that we can choose to be happy if we want, as long as we can ment on everything in a positive way. 不要把它當(dāng)做是對比。那只是反映了你所想要的東西。快樂是陽光下的花兒，而且接觸它并不困難。我們有各種各樣的情感，如，郁悶，憤怒，恐懼，快樂，而且在有東西影響我們情感時(shí)，所有的這些情感都會(huì)很自然地出現(xiàn)。所以，如果我們可以改變我們對這個(gè)世界上的事物的態(tài)度，當(dāng)然我們可以把我們的情緒調(diào)整在良好的狀態(tài)中。這意味著如果我們想的話我們可以選擇做一個(gè)快樂的人只要我們用積極的方式看待事物。

　　You may have ever heard about that kind of story that a patient recovering from a serious disease because of his optimism. That’s not a wonder. We can also own happiness, can feel the power of it, and the key to happiness is just in our own hands.

　　你可能已經(jīng)聽說過這類的故事了，一個(gè)病人因?yàn)闃酚^從重病中恢復(fù)了。這不是奇跡。我們也可以擁有快樂，可以感受到它的力量，而快樂的關(guān)鍵就在我們自己的手中。

　　If we can be happy, why not choose to be? Let’s try together to create a world filled up with smiling faces and sunshine.
