外企英語面試啥樣子?
各外企的英語面試形式各異，但基本流程是差不多的。
第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的'人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發，詢問一些有關個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司，也會有一部分英語筆試，如雅芳公司，其筆試中包含一個中英互譯的項目，主要考查應聘者基本的語言運用能力。
第二輪面試則由部門主管經理出面，這時候，有關業務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉向了專業領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業務強項等。
如果前面一路綠燈大亮，那么，最后一輪面試就要和bigboss———公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了。總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司的精神、企業文化有關。一位曾任職默沙東制藥的小姐說，她在參加的默沙東最后一輪面試時，默沙東老總看到她是學新聞出身的，便要求她談談對中國新聞媒體的看法，因為默沙東制藥一直對新聞媒體有其比較獨特的態度。通過這樣比較宏觀的問題，招聘方想要發現的是，應聘者的理念是否與公司的文化精神相契合。
