Mid-autumn Festival is a popular and important lunar harvest festival celebrated by a Chinese people.
The festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese calendar. There are some traditions in this holiday. For example, people would have a big dinner with there families. After dinner, they often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright. The other tradition of mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake. Moon cake is the essential of that day, which means reunion. As time goes by, there are various kinds of moon cakes, but they are much more expensive than before.
I like mid-autumn festival because my families will get together and have a big dinner on that day.

讓我們扣人心弦的英語即將來臨，我們個(gè)個(gè)都心潮澎湃。在英語晚會(huì)到來的前幾天，同學(xué)都在忙著把自己班的教室打扮很絢麗、新穎。我們教室也不賴，在教室的燈上，掛著五顏六色的彩帶，燈一開，彩帶就會(huì)發(fā)出耀眼的光芒，在講臺(tái)上面，還有一串雪花，正中間，還有大鈴鐺，窗子上，到處貼的都是雪花，好像真的`下雪了一樣教室的后門最花了，各種彩帶都掛了下來，光彩奪目。我們再把桌子移到周圍，中間空出。教室布置好了，就只要等待英語晚會(huì)到來。
讓我們苦苦等待英語晚會(huì)終于到來了，那天晚上，我們早早地用好晚餐，快步流星地來到教室。英語晚開始了，我們同學(xué)們都把自己帶的零食發(fā)好，接著就打開電視觀看表演，看完，就開始班級表演。同學(xué)們一邊帶著圣誕帽津津有味地吃著零食，一邊欣賞同學(xué)表演的節(jié)目，真是不亦樂乎。第一個(gè)節(jié)目是唱歌，表演完后，掌聲一陣陣響起來，下一組是我表演課本劇，表演完，只聽一陣掌聲，我懸著的心終于放下了。后面幾組表演完后開始玩游戲，接著又開始。過了一會(huì)兒，“圣誕老人”來了，全體同學(xué)都擁了過去，全班立即沸騰起來。
一個(gè)多姿多彩的英語晚會(huì)過完了。
