　　As children approach adulthood,school education has a great effect on the development of them and how to deal with the relationship between teachers and students is quite important.

學(xué)生與老師之間的代溝的英語作文

　　Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

　　當(dāng)孩子接近成年時(shí)，學(xué)校教育對(duì)人的發(fā)展有很大的影響，如何處理好教師與學(xué)生之間的`關(guān)系是很重要的。

　　代溝在父母和孩子之間是很正常的，教師和學(xué)生也是。事實(shí)上，它可以通過相互理解和尊重的縮小。好老師是學(xué)生的朋友，他們會(huì)公平地處理學(xué)生的問題，學(xué)生也會(huì)信任老師。此外，學(xué)生依賴于教師，他們遇到困難是希望向老師求助，所以一個(gè)好的老師應(yīng)該明確的了解學(xué)生的思考和關(guān)心，應(yīng)該與他們溝通，學(xué)生與老師之間也會(huì)有一個(gè)和諧的氣氛。最后但并非最不重要的，教師和學(xué)生應(yīng)該互相尊重，經(jīng)常站在對(duì)方的立場(chǎng)思考，這樣當(dāng)他們之間有任何分歧他們可以尋求一個(gè)最佳的方式來解決問題。我認(rèn)為相互理解和有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師指導(dǎo)，代溝也將促進(jìn)學(xué)校教育發(fā)展。
