I have many friends, but Jim is one of my best friends. He is not handsome, but kind-hearted. We know each other at primary school. He was the tallest in our class at that time. He is good at study and playing basketball, while bad at playing table tennis. Everytime he has delicious food, he will give it to me. Moreover, whenever I feel sad, he will play with me and comfort me. However, he is not spoilt me. For example, everytime I meet difficulties in study, I would like to copy his, but no matter what I say, he never give his homework to me to copy. Instead he teaches how to do it. All in all, no matter what difficulties I meet, he will help me. It is him make me realize that a friend in need is a friend indeed.
我有很多朋友，不過吉姆是我最好的朋友之一。他長得不帥，但是很善良。我們在小學的時候就互相認識了。那時，他是我們班里最高的。他的學習成績很好。他很擅長打籃球但是乒乓球卻打得很爛。每次有好吃的他都讓給我吃。而且每次我不開心的時候他都會陪我玩，安慰我。但是他并不寵溺我，比如說，在做作業的時候我遇到不懂的就總想抄他的，那個時候不管我怎么求他，他從來都沒給我抄過作業，而是教我如何去寫。總之不管我遇到什么困難，他都會幫助我。他讓我明白了患難見真情。

When we have something annoy us, we will naturally to find someone to talk about it, the first choice is friend. We will not talk about it in front of our parents, because we don’t want them to worry about us. Friend is so important in our life, we have many friends, we will share our happiness and sorrow with them, we hang out together, in a word, friends are part of our life. What will happened if someone have no friend? We hear from the news that the crime people are isolated by others, most of them have no friends, their view point about the world is distorted. Without friends, people have no where to relieve their emotion, the long time’s depression of the emotion distract people from the normal life. So friends are very important, we can’t live without friends.
當我們有煩惱的'時候，自然地，我們會找人來談談，朋友是第一選擇。我們不會在父母面前談論煩惱，因為我們不想讓他們擔心。朋友在我們的生命中很重要，我們有很多朋友，和他們分享我們的喜怒哀樂，一起出去晃蕩，總的來說，朋友是我們生活中的一部分。如果沒有朋友會變得怎樣呢?我們從新聞上看到犯罪的人被人隔離，他們大部分人沒有朋友，他們的世界觀是扭曲的。沒有朋友，人們就無處釋放情緒，長期壓抑的情緒讓人們脫離正常生活。因此朋友很重要，我們不能沒有朋友。
