今天的第三單元英語測試，我得了100分。我很開心！前兩次英語考試我都沒有得100分，第一次得了97分，第二次得了98分，回家看了考試卷才發現自己太粗心了。這次考試的時候，在選“Thank——，teacher！”時我差點又錯了，your和you有點混在一起了，后來我讀了好幾遍，終于確定了選you。以后我一定要多多進行英語讀書，媽媽說學習英語就要多讀、多記，我會繼續努力地，爭取下次還能考100分！

he Double Seventh Festival， on the 7th day of the 7th lunar month， is a traditional festival full of romance. It often goes into August in the Gregorian calendar.
This festival is in mid-summer when the weather is warm and the grass and trees reveal their luxurious greens. At night when the sky is dotted with stars， and people can see the Milky Way spanning from the north to the south. On each bank of it is a bright star， which see each other from afar. They are the Cowherd and Weaver Maid， and about them there is a beautiful love story passed down from generation to generation.
Long， long ago， there was an honest and kind-hearted fellow named Niu Lang (Cowhand)。 His parents died when he was a child. Later he was driven out of his home by his sister-in-law. So he lived by himself herding cattle and farming. One day， a fairy from heaven Zhi Nu (Weaver Maid) fell in love with him and came down secretly to earth and married him. The cowhand farmed in the field and the Weaver Maid wove at home. They lived a happy life and gave birth to a boy and a girl. Unfortunately， the God of Heaven soon found out the fact and ordered the Queen Mother of the Western Heavens to bring the Weaver Maid back.
With the help of celestial cattle， the Cowhand flew to heaven with his son and daughter. At the time when he was about to catch up with his wife， the Queen Mother took off one of her gold hairpins and made a stroke. One billowy river appeared in front of the Cowhand. The Cowhand and Weaver Maid were separated on the two banks forever and could only feel their tears. Their loyalty to love touched magpies， so tens of thousands of magpies came to build a bridge for the Cowhand and Weaver Maid to meet each other. The Queen Mother was eventually moved and allowed them to meet each year on the 7th of the 7th lunar month. Hence their meeting date has been called "Qi Xi" (Double Seventh)。

Heavy Schoolwork
In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. While it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults.
High should be allowed more time for play. Plying is not wasting time, as some think. It gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. Which tends to be stifled by too much study. Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. I do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork.
I do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

It’s hard to think how difficult life would be if we had a sibling.We never have to share anything at home. Of course, we might have cousins, but we don’t have to live with them! Our parents try to give us the best, and the best doesn’t need sharing between two or three children. Do we ever ask ourselves if we are spoiled?
A recent study has found that many children don’t know how to love others! We don’r know the value of money. We don’t know how hard our parents are to support us. We don’t want others to regard us as spoiled, do we? Well, why not start now to help our parents at home, share a game with one of our friends or value the opinions of our classmates, even if we don’t always agree? In a word, we must learn to love each other!

When it comes to difficulties of English study, Different people have diverse opinion, such as hard of hearing, less word, confusion of grammar, even poor writing skills etc. As for me, beside what have mentioned above, I have no enough time and energy to learning, which due to a fulltime work and a lot of housework.
How to solute these problem？I think strong will is key to success. Thus, some measures must be taken as following are.
To begin with, I make good use of all available time. I usually study my English until 11 o’clock at night. Then, I make a record on new words with MP3 so that I can review new words on the way both from home to unit and from unit to home. Furthermore, the most important way is, I always make good notes in the class, and review carefully again and again after the class. Finally, I make some simulated composition through the way that translate English composition into Chinese then translate it into English and imitate it time and again.
It just as proverb goes “slow and steady wins the race”. Eventually, I have a great progress in my learning English. Certainly, the progress is limited. So I still eager to attain some available advise from teacher and classmates.
