　　It is of great necessity to figure out the negative influence behind it. On the one hand,from the perspective of the company, they will lose the talents who are qualified for the job, because the certificates cannot prove the applicants’ capability.As we all know, some certificates are fake. On the other hand, from the employees, they believe they have a high degree, but they still can’t meet the needs of the companies, which exerts an undesirable influence on their career plans or their mental health.

　　To sum up, there are some suggestions responsible for the above-mentioned impact. Firstly, the company cannot only judge a person’s ability from the certificate, but most importantly, give them a chance and let them show their real capability. Second, the applicants should improve their own practical ability in order to get their favorite job successfully.

　　In this period of communication, computer has been used in all kinds of fields widely, and plays a particular role in our lives. Especially computer has become more and more important in educational field, therefore dozens of people considered teachers could be replaced computers that will go with the current of the times. The above point is certainly wrong; this essay will outline three reasons.

　　The main reason is that people's brain better than computer. Firstly, people design all kinds of computer's programs. Secondly, computer doesn't have logistic ideation. Computer only can defend on that designer inputted computer's programs to judge a question's right or wrong. In other words, computer can't defend on thinking that computer independently analyzes a question's right or wrong. In case, designer inputted programs that are wrong. Computer output the result that also will be wrong. If this kind of problem happened in classroom, students would be infused plenty of wrong information.

　　Another reason is that computer's programs designed software of education that could be amended difficultly. If software of education of bugs were found, commonly these of problems couldn't be solved in the classroom. The software was amended that means total of program were corrected, not only parts of program were ed or amended usually.

　　Last but not the least reason is computer is mechanical, it couldn't be suited all kinds of students and different demands. As students' intellect is different, same of software couldn't base on every status of student to set a perfect project.

　　In conclusion, computers couldn't instead of the position of teachers in the classroom, however computer is an absolutely good helper for teacher.

　　human beings have always overrated themselves in that they assume they are superior creatures whose destiny is granted by god. in the early times, nature was antithetical to human cultures. people set out to conquer nature: they plowed the soil for grains to feed themselves; they fought against storms and tornadoes to safeguard their properties; they made use of tools to eploit natural resources. this struggle against nature precludes the understanding that nature is so generous to humans and it is harmony rather than conflict that has made human lives so comfortable. if the ancestors had not found ways to cope with natural disasters and bucked up again and again in face of peril, it would have been likely that human race might have gone etinct on the way of evolution.however, as human beings get more and more used to the development in their own societies, they,on the contrary, contribute to a nature that is increasingly dissonant and hostile, where other co-eisting species are on the edge of etinction.

　　it is not the natural evolution, like the glaciers, that caused many species to disappear. it is human activities that is to beblamed. deforestation deprives many bird colonies of their habitat. water pollution destroys the natural environment of aquatic animals. unimaginable numbers of species have to migrate and in search of new habitat, and they die. gulls and other seabirds stranded in the crude oil from ships could not fly to collect food,they die. when furs and hides of cheetahs, rhinos, and crocodiles are sold at good prices on the international market, they die. the prosperity of human society is bloodily indebted to lives of other plants and animal species, yet human beings keep from saving the animals and plants. the money spent on protection of endangered species is money spent worthwhile. so is the effort and time. just imagine one day another intelligent species wearing the leather of human skin.
