Body-building caters to the need of these people who come to realize the potential danger of their working pattern. Secondly, body-building is beneficial for people to keep their body shape. Many setting-up exercises like aerobics are very helpful in cutting up weight.

              When it comes to health, you must exercise more. Besides, there are so many diseases now, so my mother will give me a good workout on Friday and Saturday for the two days.

              On Friday evening, when my homework was almost finished, my mother dragged me down to the stadium to run. Though I was not very willing, I had to do it for the sake of my health.
