From the graph, we can see that there were two peaks in accidents in 20001. One was in March with the number of accidents 35. The other was in August with the number of accidents 42, which was the highest point on the distribution line. From August, the number of car accidents decreased till it reached the lowest point of the year in December. The two peaks occurred in spring and summer, the two seasons which had most of the year’s rain. Driving tends to be more dangerous on rainy days. Maybe the weather is the most important reason for car accidents. Be careful, when you drive a car on rainy days.

Finally, riding bicycles is eco friendly(有利生態(tài)的，有利環(huán)保的).
While bicycles are hailed as "green traffic", urban drivers are complaining about them jamming up the already tight traffic. A boiling sea of bicycles have become a headache for causing traffic jams and accidents. The problem of bicycles battling with cars is mingled with (混合) high level of urbanization (都市化) and low level of infrastructure(基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施).
In my opinion, the tough problem must be solved, otherwise, the growing conflict will steadily grow worse with more automobiles on busy streets.
Road building and traffic control should be improved. In the long run bicycling will still be a necessary and economical supplement to the various modes of public transport provided in China the kingdom of bicycles.

I hope the problem will be solved in the near future and our home will become better and better.
