This summer holiday, I went to Dalian with my family. We got there by air. Dalian is a very beautiful and modern city. On the bus, we could see all kinds of buildings which were great.
In the morning, we got to the hotel where we lived. After breakfast, we began to our travel. First we took the bus to the Sea Park. There are so many different kinds of fishes that I couldnt believe my eyes. We also saw the show of dolphins. Then we had lunch in a restaurant. The seafood which was very famous in China was delicious.
After lunch we went swimming. The sea was blue and beach was golden. We all enjoyed ourselves in the sea. Finally we went back the hotel where we lived. We had a happy day.
In this trip, we also went to some places which were interesting and famous in Dalian, went shopping and so on.
Several days later, we left Dalian. On our way home, we were very happy. This was the reason why we didnt feel tired. In all, we had a good holiday.

Here comes the problem, the society is facing an aging situation, more and more people are getting old while the young people are less. For a typical family, four grow-ups are at the age of over 40 with a young kid less than 20years old. The aging society is getting more and more obvious, such phenomenon has been catch mass medias attention. The policy of one child has been doubted, it has been strongly advised that a family is allowed to raise two kids. I totally agree with that, it not only bring happiness to family, but also relieve the pressure of aging problem.

When I got home, it wass very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!
It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs in the hill. What a beautiful natural.

1.抄誦法
俗話說：“抄一遍勝過讀十遍。”讀詩詞或短文時先看一句抄一句;再看幾句抄幾句;最后看一段抄一段，直到看一篇抄一篇，也就是先讀再抄，抄完再讀。
2.時空法。
記住要背內容中表示時間方位順序的詞語。
3.人物法。
記住文章中依次(或分類)出現的幾個人物，這樣憶人思情，憶人思言，就有助于理解與背誦。
4.情境法。
創設具體情境，根據情境熟讀容易理解和記憶。尤其是優美的詩歌與散文，運用此法效果更佳。
5.情節法。
掌握故事的起因、經過、發展、高潮、結果等具體情節，據情而背就容易的多了。
6.延伸法。
背短文或詩歌，可從開頭逐句延伸背誦，即背會第一句，背第二句時把的一句帶上，背會第一二句，背第三句時再把第一二句帶上，如此延伸，直到全篇。
7.對比法。
把課文中具有對比的部分找出來，記住這個對比的性質、特點、作用，就容易背誦了。
8.問題法。
提出幾個具有連貫性、系統性的問題，根據問題答案的順序，記取背誦內容。
9.提綱法。
列出一個簡單的提綱，然后根據提綱練習背誦。
10.列表法記憶時先將需要背誦的內容進行列表歸納，使繁雜的內容簡單化、特征化、條理化，一目了然，便于舉一反三，加深印象。
11.間隔法記憶課文的詞語不能怕重復，第二、三天還要再讀第一天讀的詞，溫故知新，常讀常新。
12.歌訣法。
將要背誦的內容，編為歌訣，讀來順口，記憶深刻。
13.點線法抓住文章的'脈絡，提煉出各層次的關鍵詞語、句子作為記憶的點，如表現人物形象的動詞等，根據先后次序排列起來，再連點成線，連線成面，展開快速記憶，背誦課文，也就是按照文章寫作的線索順序，把全文的主要內容聯系起來記憶。
14.分合法
先分句背，在句中背關鍵詞，這樣逐句背，而后合背，由詞連句，由句連段，再由段連篇。或先抓要背內容的主要部分，再帶動次要部分，再合背。
