老北京的春節(jié)廟會(huì)
春節(jié)，俗稱過(guò)年，除一般年俗外，廟會(huì)則為舊時(shí)北京過(guò)年的主要習(xí)俗。除了人們所熟悉的廠甸之外，五顯財(cái)神廟(初二至十六)、東岳廟(初一至十五)、白云觀(初一至十九)都是有名的廟會(huì)，最富有北京過(guò)年的特色。
五顯財(cái)神廟的正式活動(dòng)從正月初二算起。初二一大清早，往財(cái)神廟進(jìn)香者，除巨富顯貴外，絕大多數(shù)是騎自行車。他們多身著各種綢緞的棉袍，外罩馬褂或坎肩，頭戴細(xì)氈禮帽。香客們從城里出發(fā)出廣安門向南，當(dāng)然基本順風(fēng)，(因北京冬季多西北)。但一出廣安門就須逆風(fēng)而行了。
紙魚(yú)，用一根竹劈兒綴上白線拴好，以便手提;還有成串的、泥胎、外糊金銀箔的金銀元寶，也拴在竹劈兒上。另外還有一種卜碌碌帶響的風(fēng)車。這種風(fēng)車系用細(xì)篾兒和彩紙條兒糊成風(fēng)輪，安裝在秫秸架子上，每個(gè)風(fēng)輪帶有白線拴好的一對(duì)小鼓腿兒，敲打著一個(gè)泥塑蒙紙面的小鼓，大風(fēng)一刮，卜碌碌直響。
這種風(fēng)車有單一的，有四個(gè)以至十幾個(gè)連在一起的。傍晚，太陽(yáng)平西的時(shí)候，你只要仁立街頭，就能見(jiàn)到一輛接一輛的自行車形成了湍急的車流。

春節(jié)民俗，在全國(guó)各地大同小異，陜西民風(fēng)古樸，春節(jié)帶有濃厚的鄉(xiāng)土氣息和地方特色。歲首。古代的“年”不是在臘月二十九或者三十，而是在“臘日”，即后來(lái)的“臘八”。南北朝以后才把臘祭移至歲末。到了民國(guó)時(shí)，改用陽(yáng)歷，才把陰歷的“年”叫作“春節(jié)”，因?yàn)榇汗?jié)?般都在“立春”后，因而稱其為春節(jié)。
