上周星期三下午，我去錢氏英語學英語。曾老師告訴我們，今天不在教室里上課，而是要到人民商場去上實踐課。大家聽了都很驚奇，也十分高興。
我們在曾老師的帶領下，來到了人民商場。我們先來到了粗糧區，曾老師指著油問到：“What’s this？（這是什么？）”我們左思右想，也想不出“油”用英語怎樣說，曾老師見我們一副為難的樣子，告訴我們“油”用英語是“soy”，并且一遍一遍地教我們讀，直到讀會為止。接下來，我們又來到了零食區，看到各種各樣的零食，有少數的.我能用英語說出來，但很多都不會。曾老師指著牛肉干問：“what＇＇s this?”我還沒想出來。一個同學搶先說到：“beef jerk”“對，就是‘beef jerk’。”曾老師聽了他的回答后，肯定道。這時，曾老師又指著餅干問：“what＇＇s this?”這個我知道，就立刻舉起手，搶先說道：“cookice”。曾老師向我翹起了大拇指。隨后，我們又去了肉類區、面包區……我們復習和認識了很多英語單詞。
這節英語實踐課真有趣啊！

拿到比賽試卷后，我用顫抖著手拿起了筆，慢慢地開始抄寫，心都提到了嗓子眼兒，生怕自己寫錯一個單詞。
時間一分一秒地過去了，很快就輪到了寫英語作文的時間，看著來回轉圈的英語老師們，我的汗毛都快豎起來了，可偏偏就在這時，我寫錯了一個字母！我急得像鐵鍋上的螞蟻團團轉，比賽可是一個細節都不能錯啊！
忽然，對面的小男孩遞給了我一支字筆，小聲說：“你用用吧！”我點點頭，滿懷感激地望了望我的“救星”，又開始了寫作。將筆歸還給主人后，鄧老師突然說道：“收卷！”大家紛紛上交了試卷。在上交的.那一瞬間，我如釋重負，感到十分輕松。
半個小時后，評委老師們打出了分數，開始分發獎狀。我懷里像揣了只兔子：我排在第幾名？獲得了怎樣的名次？而消息卻令我大失所望—我獲得了二等獎，而辛如意得到了一等獎，我祝賀她。以后我也要繼續努力，為班級爭光。
