　　we gave priority to environmental protection.It is indisputable that government plays a significant role in preserving the environment.However,to be more exact,the government is just the one who makes strategic decisions while the ones who practice it are the individuals.For instance,the government has been committed to protecting the animals and therefore launched a policy to protect endangered animals.To prevent the hunters from hunting endangered animals,the government’s main responsibility is to supervise the process whereas it is everyone’s compelling obligation not to hunt the endangered animals.

　　Additionally,the definition of government is rather abstract while the individuals’ is

A question has arisen:who is the governmentThe answer is obscure.So we cannot depend on the government to share our duty of protecting our surroundings.Truly,the government serve us people,they surely are accountable to the environmental protection.But let us keep in mind that the environment belongs to every individuals.The responsibility and effort of individuals matter a lot to the success of every single measure.

　　My house have a garden downstairs, where flowers bloom all the year round, is the main place to neighbors leisure entertainment. The children often play there, I also liked to play there.

　　我家樓下有一個花園，那里一年四季都有鮮花盛開，是鄰居們休閑娛樂的主要場所。小朋友們也經常在那里嬉戲，我也特別喜歡到那里玩。

　　今天做完作業，我又來到花園里看望我的那些好朋友——花，卻發現花兒的身邊有很多垃圾。想到老師說的"保護環境是我們每一個人應盡的責任"，我立刻跑過去準備把垃圾都撿起來送進垃圾箱，這時，花園的另一邊傳來小朋友的喊聲：彭林茜，快來玩!我不禁停住了腳步，心里像有兩個小人在吵架，撿，怕小朋友看見后，說我是撿垃圾的。不撿，就讓垃圾靜靜的躺在那兒?就因為這個問題，讓我左右為難。撿還是不撿?問問爸爸媽媽再說吧!

　　爸爸媽媽正好也朝這邊走來，爸爸說："那當然是環保重要，你要從身邊的小事做起，不要亂扔垃圾。如果看到地上有垃圾，當然應該撿起來，這樣你就為保護環境做了貢獻。"媽媽也這么說。

　　爸爸媽媽的話給了我勇氣。環保比面子更重要，他們要說我是撿垃圾的'就讓他們去說吧!我現在不在乎了。要是一人撿一次垃圾，更多的人就能撿更多的垃圾。那時候的地球一定比現在的地球更干凈，更美麗。

　　我毫不猶豫地跑過去，把地下的垃圾全部送回了他們的家(垃圾箱)。這時，周圍的人們向我投來贊許的目光。
