　　當人們心情不好，他們會變得生氣，在家人和朋友對他們說話的時候，他們會帶著壞心情，對最親近的人說難聽的話。這對于人們來說不是發泄壞心情的明智選擇，因為當他們冷靜下來，就會為自己對家人和朋友所做過的事情后悔。有時候惡毒的語言就好比尖銳的刀子，捅進人們的新房。所以當我們變得生氣了，應該學著去控制情緒。我們會很容易就說出傷人的詞語，這也使得我們愛的人受傷。即使我們道歉，但是傷痛仍然在，就好比破鏡無法徹底重圓一樣。因此當我們生氣，最好的方法是保持寂靜，不要做愚蠢的事情。
