　　條件，“責任”則是我們工作的主觀定位和工作態(tài)度。現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)發(fā)展到了今天這樣的水平和階段，今天的人類活動的前提往往也就是昨天的人類活動的后果，而今天的人類活動的后果則會成為明天的人類活動的前提。從這個角度出發(fā)可以看到，我們這一代人如何對待自己肩上的責任，很大程度上將決定我們的后代還有沒有可供利用的'機遇，還是否承受得起降臨在他們頭上的挑戰(zhàn)。市第九次黨代會明確提出“必須更加注重提高發(fā)展質量，更加注重優(yōu)化發(fā)展途徑，更加注重豐富發(fā)展內涵，更加注重增強發(fā)展動力”，我想也是出于對“機遇”、“挑戰(zhàn)”與“責任”之間關系的這樣一種深刻認識。

　　一方面要在難得的機遇和嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)背景下認識自己肩負的光榮使命和重大責任，另一方面要把這種光榮使命和重大責任本身也當作特殊的挑戰(zhàn)和特殊的機遇。
