　　職位描述:

　　Job Description:

　　1、 Complete individual and overall sales objectives according to the monthly distribution

　　每月根據(jù)銷售任務(wù),分配每位顧問當(dāng)月銷售任務(wù)和目標(biāo),完成個(gè)人及中心整體銷售任務(wù);

　　2、 As sales team supervisor and trainer ensure fundamental team principles of “fairness, honesty and openness” to develop efficiency and communication

　　銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理和培訓(xùn),保證團(tuán)隊(duì)在“公平、公正、公開”的'原則下開展各項(xiàng)工作的推進(jìn)和溝通;

　　3、 Regularly check that all curriculum consultant are persistently producing comprehensible work conducive to the students’ progress

　　保證所有課程顧問對(duì)其所屬學(xué)生進(jìn)行持續(xù)跟蹤和溝通,定期抽查所有顧問的學(xué)員服務(wù)情況;

　　4、Maintain a clear line of communication with correlating departments

　　與其他相關(guān)部門保持暢通的溝通交流;

　　5、Assist the Marketing Department in developing and implementing plans to inform and expand our market

　　1、 Education background: BA or above

　　教育背景:本科或本科以上學(xué)歷背景;

　　2、 Professional Knowledge: Marketing, English, Administration/Management

　　專業(yè)知識(shí):銷售學(xué)(心理學(xué))、英語、管理學(xué);
